INTRODUCTION TO DISCOURSE ANALYSIS

The title Introduction to Discourse Analysis in this textbook is seen as the name of obligatory content subject the tertiary students have to take, especially, students of English Education Department. The department of English Education includes the teaching of Literature, Linguistics, and Teaching of Language skills. In line with the teaching of Literature, the subject Discourse Analysis introduces students, besides many notions in discourse, the introductory of discourse analysis, and a few familiar experts of discourse analysts will be given in here. In the meantime, dealing with the teaching of English and its linguistics, the views on discourse analysis and many linguistic experts are presented in this textbook.
